What are the shipping and delivery times?
We ship directly from our warehouses as soon as your order is processed.
- US orders usually arrive within 2–10 business days.
- International orders typically take 5–10 business days.
During high-demand periods, shipments may take a little longer. If there are any significant delays, we’ll contact you directly via email or phone.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your package through the courier’s website (UPS, USPS, etc.) or by using universal tracking platforms like 17track.net.
What happens if my order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date?

What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your coat arrives damaged, email us a photo of the issue at info@cocoonShell.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll make it right with a replacement or resolution.
Can I return my product for a refund?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your cocoonShell coat, you have 30 days from receiving it to request a return.
To start a return, email us at info@cocoonShell.com. Once your return is received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed automatically
