Made to Order

Most cocoonShell pieces are made-to order.

Will it Fit?

Please check the size guide on the product page and compare it with your measurements to ensure your cocoonShell fits just right.

Order Processing

We dispatch from our network of fulfilment locations as soon as your order is processed and your item is ready. During peak periods, processing may take a little longer—thanks for your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Rates: Calculated and shown at checkout based on destination and order size.
  • Estimated transit times:
    • UK & Europe: typically 2–7 business days once shipped
    • USA & International: typically 8–10 business days once shipped
      Actual times can vary by destination, item, and season. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., severe weather, customs, carrier backlogs). If we foresee a significant delay, we’ll let you know.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking so you can follow every step.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid charges or marked “Return to Sender,” we’ll refund the product cost but shipping is non-refundable.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@cocoonShell.com or via our Contact Us page. We’ll review and arrange a replacement where applicable.
